Well & Cleanout Capping in Jacksonville
In Jacksonville, we cut down two cleanouts and capped them below grade in a high-traffic area. We also broke out the concrete around a pre-existing well and capped it below grade so vehicles can drive in that area.
The problem
This Jacksonville property had two cleanouts in areas that get driven over, and they kept getting broken. A pre-existing well was also set in concrete in the same kind of space. The owner wanted vehicles to be able to drive through the area.
What we did
We cut down both cleanouts in the high-traffic areas, set them below grade and finished each one with a cleanout cap so they would stop getting broken.
Next we broke out the concrete around the pre-existing well to get down below grade. Then we capped the well there.
The result
Both cleanouts and the old well are now capped below grade, so vehicles can drive in the area without hitting them.
